A retail and commercial location at one of downtown Chattanooga's most recognizable intersections offers opportunity for a potential buyer.

Some 4,420-square-feet of the ground floor of the Bridgeview on Northshore building at Cherokee Boulevard and North Market Street is for sale.

With a sale price of $1.35 million, the site holds a highly visible turnkey restaurant that was built out in 2016, according to commercial real estate broker Kathy Wilton of Stonecrest Properties.

The furniture, fixtures and equipment can be removed if a buyer wants to use the space for office or retail purposes. The corner site has a sidewalk cafe that was also built out with new furniture from 2016.

The Full Moon American Burger and Bar closed a little more than a year ago after having been open about 18 months.

Constructed in 2008, the building also holds a SunTrust Bank branch and about 40 luxury residential units.

The Bridgeview is within walking distance to Coolidge Park, Renaissance Park, the Tennessee Aquarium and the Walnut Street Bridge.
