* History: SVN | Second Story Real Estate Management launched in 2016, under the leadership of Tiffanie Robinson and a team of investors and real estate professionals. The group saw a need for combined real estate and property management services in fast-growing Chattanooga. In 2020, the group added thousands of square feet to their portfolio of managed commercial and multi-family properties, and closed on significant commercial real estate deals in more than 20 cities across the Southeast. By 2021, Second Story was actively managing more than 1.5 million square feet of multi-family, commercial properties, homeowners associations, and even condo owners associations. On the commercial brokerage side, the group had nearly $50 million in transactions in 2021 alone. In February 2022, the company joined forces with the global real estate brand, SVN | Commercial Real Estate Advisors, gaining increased visibility, national networking, and marketing dexterity.
