Over the past 13 years, Delaine worked in various management roles, most recently as associate director of housing ministries at St. Vincent de Paul in Dayton, Ohio, according to a news release. In this role, she ensured the program was operating efficiently by managing housing-related case management, prevention, diversion and rapid rehousing programs and services.
