Charles and Cindy Sereebutra of Signal Mountain submitted the winning entry in the "Silly with Santa" photo contest. The photo of their children, Mary Catherine, 2, and Charlie, 1, was selected from dozens of entries through online voting. The family will receive a $150 gift card from Learning Express.
