Approximately 2,000 guests attended the Veterans Day concert sponsored by the Chattanooga Symphony & Opera and Chattanooga Music Club at Memorial Auditorium.
The patriotic program also marked the 100th anniversary of the end of World War I. Performances were given by the CSO, Lee University Singers, tenor soloist Daniel Mata and guest organist Ken Double from Atlanta.
Although the concert was free, the Music Club accepted donations to help fund upkeep of the historic Austin organ.
