Live Nation has now fully acquired AC Entertainment in Knoxville and named former vice president Ted Heinig president of the regional office, which manages theaters in Chattanooga and Asheville.

Live Nation purchased a controlling interest in AC in 2016.

AC co-founded the Bonnaroo Music & Arts Festival and produces the Moon River Festival at Coolidge Park in addition to producing events and managing Memorial Auditorium and the Tivoli Theatre.

Former AC founder and president Ashley Capps will remain with the company and will be a part of producing Bonnaroo, according to a story on Pollstar.com.

The story also detailed other changes Live Nation has made to its expanding U.S. Concerts division.
