Chattanooga: Five arrested in prostitution sting

This was conducted in the Highland Park, East Lake, and Rossville Boulevard area. The above listed suspects were arrested:

Chattanooga police arrested five women last week for prostitution, according to a police department news release.

From April 12 to 16, officers from the Chattanooga Police Department Special Investigations Division worked undercover to target prostitution activity in the Highland Park, East Lake and Rossville Boulevard areas, the release states.

Arrested and charged with prostitution within 1.5 miles of a school were Margaret Stapp, 51; Ethel Harris, 53; Loretta Howard, 44; and Nikita Riley, 37. Angela Owens, 50, was arrested and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia in addition to prostitution within 1.5 miles of a school, the release states.
