Two people are dead in three Chattanooga shootings in the first three hours of 2015.
At 12:20 a.m., 24-year-old Deoaunte M. Dean was found shot to death in a home at 4115 Dorris Street.
At 2:44 a.m., police were dispatched to a local hospital where 31-year-old Reginald L. Lewis Jr. had arrived suffering from a gunshot wound.
The shooting happened at 3100 Brainerd Road. It is unknown whether Lewis' injuries are life threatening, police said in a news release.
And at 3 a.m., police responded to the Waffle House at 4903 Brainerd Road.
18-year-old Juan Boyd was inside a vehicle when the shooting occurred, police say. He was pronounced dead on scene.
