Dominique BondsPolice have identified the two people shot last night outside of the Windsor Terrace Apartments in East Chattanooga around 10 p.m.
Shiquita Tarpkin, 29, arrived in a personal vehicle with a non-life threatening gunshot wound, according to the Chattanooga Police Department. Soon after she arrived at the hospital, Dominique Bonds, 25, requested transport via EMS to a local hospital.
Both shootings are believed to have occurred near the 2300 block of Windsor Street.
