Chattanooga police identify victims of last night's shooting

Police have identified the two people shot last night outside of the Windsor Terrace Apartments in East Chattanooga around 10 p.m.

Shiquita Tarpkin, 29, arrived in a personal vehicle with a non-life threatening gunshot wound, according to the Chattanooga Police Department. Soon after she arrived at the hospital, Dominique Bonds, 25, requested transport via EMS to a local hospital.

Both shootings are believed to have occurred near the 2300 block of Windsor Street.
