BROOKHAVEN, Ga. - Police say a man has been arrested on child porn charges.
Local news media reported Thursday that the Oct. 15 arrest of 43-year-old Jason Douglas Kingry stems from an investigation involving police detectives and Georgia Bureau of Investigation. They executed a search warrant and seized electronic devices containing suspected child pornography.
Brookhaven police spokesman Carlos Nino says police detectives are still processing evidence during the search warrant.
Kingry has been charged with sexual exploitation and being held at DeKalb County Jail. His bond has been set at $50,000.
It's not clear whether Kingry has an attorney.
