William Henry Leonard Jr.The man suspected of abducting a 16-year-old Knoxville girl early Thursday has been captured, police said.
William Henry Leonard Jr., 32, of Knoxville is accused of kidnapping the teen at gunpoint in the course of an armed robbery reported about 1:50 a.m. at a Townview Drive apartment near downtown.
Leonard's arrest was announced shortly after 7 p.m. Thursday, a couple of hours after the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation added him to the state's Top 10 Most Wanted List and offered a $10,000 reward for information leading to his arrest.
