Ooltewah burglary suspects still at large, one armed

A man came home his house being burglarized this afternoon on Spinmaker Cove in Ooltewah, Tenn.

When the homeowner returned to his residence he noticed an unknown vehicle in the driveway, which he blocked in with his own car.

Immediately, two black males exited the home and got into their vehicle, ramming the homeowner's car in an attempt to flee. The driver of the vehicle then pointed a pistol at the homeowner before both suspects gave up on their stuck car and ran away on foot. One suspect was wearing a red shirt.

The Hamilton County's Sheriff's office is still attempting to locate the suspects and asks that anyone with information call 423-622-0022.

The Sheriff's Office has saturated the area in an attempt to locate the suspects.

Nearby schools were locked down and swept, then schools returned to normal security measures.

One suspect had a slim to medium build and the second man had a large build.
