Hailee Hamilton was found safe in North Carolina, a statement said. Bradley County authorities say they are working to return her to her parents.

The sheriff's office reports Hailee Hamilton left her residence on Austin Lane Southeast on Friday evening, driving her sister's green and gray 1992 Ford Mustang GT. She took the vehicle without her sister's permission, according to a statement from the sheriff's office.
Hamilton has brown hair and blue/grayish eyes, wears black-rimmed glasses and was last seen wearing a red DC hoodie and black jeans with black Vans tennis shoes, the statement said. She is approximately 5'4" and weighs 182 pounds.
Anyone who sees Hailee Hamilton or the green 1992 Ford Mustang is asked to call authorities.
