A person was shot in Chattanooga after struggling with a suspect during a robbery on East 36th Street, according to police.
The victim was shot by the suspect one time, and arrived at the hospital in a personal vehicle with non-life-threatening injuries, according to a news release.
The call came in at 2:17 a.m. this morning, police said.
Just over 12 hours later, a second person was shot in Chattanooga.
