A car appears to be turned around the wrong way in downtown Chattanooga. A crash on Chattanooga's downtown connector slowed northbound drivers on Tuesday morning.
A car appeared to have spun around the wrong way on I-124 north near the M.L. King Boulevard exit around 8 a.m. Tuesday morning. The crash is estimated to be cleared by 9 a.m.
The right lane is blocked.
