No victim found after police respond to call about person hit by train

Emergency personnel responded to a report of a pedestrian struck by a train on the railroad tracks south of East Main Street and Madison Street in Chattanooga, but they did not find anyone once they arrived on scene and could not confirm the incident, according to Hamilton County Dispatch and Chattanooga Police Public Information Officer Victor Miller.

The incident was reported at 9:55 p.m.
