Those easy discounts at Bed Bath & Beyond may be getting a bit more complicated.
Regular shoppers at the housewares retailer over the years have come to treasure those ubiquitous, oversized 20%-off coupons, which are distributed in newspapers, through direct mail, via texts and available as downloads. Most of the merchandise is included in the discount offer, and the discounts can be applied online and via in-store purchases. Also, although the coupons are printed with expiration dates, expired coupons are customarily accepted at many stores.
Customers frequently stash the trademark blue coupons in their vehicles, at home and at work for added convenience.
