Fugitive John Travis Ashley, 30, was taken into custody without incident in Soddy Daisy early this morning.
John's brother, Charles Larry Ashley, 34, was arrested before the New Year in connection to a carjacking case, while John remained at large before being found today.
Both were wanted on charges of aggravated assault and carjacking when the sheriff's office placed the Ashley brothers on their Top 12 Most Wanted list.
