Victim identified in Renaissance Park shooting

The woman found dead in Renaissance Park on Sunday has been identified as 45-year-old Kathy Hardy, according to a news release from the Chattanooga Police Department.

The Chattanooga Fire Department and police recovered her body following a 911 call reporting that someone had been shot along the riverfront.

Next of kin has been notified.
