Aaron Cole, left, and Lauren Dunn move a stencil along Wilder Street on Sunday, Dec. 16, 2018 in Chattanooga, Tenn. Neighbors and volunteers from the American Institute of Architects, Chattanooga Design Studio, Range Projects and the Good Neighbor Network worked on the "tactical street painting project" on Wilder Street between North Chamberlain Avenue and Campbell Street. The project involved spray painting a dot pattern along Wilder Street. The purpose of the project is to help bring awareness to drivers that the road travels through a neighborhood with children and to get them to slow down.
