UPDATE: A juvenile, female suspect has been arrested and charged with over 40 counts felony auto burglary as well as numerous thefts, according to the Bradley County Sheriff's Office on Friday, Sept. 20.

Original story:

The Bradley County Sheriff's Office has requested help from the public in searching for suspects in a string of auto burglaries that occurred in northeast Bradley County during the early morning hours Thursday.

Arrest warrants have been obtained for James Edward Polk, who is considered to be armed and dangerous after at least four firearms were stolen.

A news release sent via email by the sheriff's office early Thursday evening included a video clip taken by someone's Ring home security camera and a still image of that video showing a person entering an automobile parked outside a building. The female suspect in the video has not been identified, the release states.

The release did not say how many burglaries have occurred in the area, nor did it pinpoint the location where the video had been recorded.

Polk is being sought on 20 felony counts of auto burglary and 10 counts of theft. Anyone with any information about Polk's whereabouts or the identity of the female suspect should contact the Bradley County Sheriff's Office confidential Tip Line at 423-728-7336 or call 911/
