A man has been injured in a Thursday night shooting in the 1100 block of South Holly Street, according to a news release from the Chattanooga Police Department.
Police responded to a person shot call around 8:08 p.m. and found the victim suffering from a gunshot wound that was not considered to be life-threatening. The man was taken to a local hospital for treatment.
Investigators with the Violent Crimes Bureau are conducting an investigation.
