Chattanooga police have arrested a 46-year-old man suspected of shooting another man in a Friday shooting in the 4900 block of Jeffery Lane, according to a news release from the Chattanooga Police Department.
The 32-year-old victim was found suffering from life-threatening injuries at the scene and was taken to a hospital by Hamilton County Emergency Medical Services.
Marvin Jermaine Davis has been charged with attempted first degree murder, possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony, and unlawful possession of a weapon by a convicted felon. He will be held at the Hamilton County Jail, the release states.
