Officials have closed the roadway at St. Elmo Avenue and West 41st Street in St. Elmo, and Davidson Road and Joe Engel Drive in East Brainerd, according to 911 dispatch records.
The location East Brainerd was closed at 7:10 a.m. Wednesday and the location in St. Elmo was closed shortly after at 7:12 a.m., records show. There was no indication when the roads would be reopened.
