An Alabama man was arrested Tuesday in connection to a fatal early Sunday morning shooting in Rossville, Georgia, according to a news release from the Georgia Bureau of Investigation.
Joseph Edward Hart, 40, of Bryant, Alabama, has been charged with murder in the death of Satia Siv, who was shot in a parking lot.
The arrest at Hart's residence stemmed from an investigation by the GBI and Rossville Police Department. He is in custody at the Jackson County Sheriff's Office where he is awaiting extradition to Georgia.
