The Market Street Bridge will be closed to vehicle and pedestrian traffic for routine testing and maintenance on Sunday, Sept. 20, from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m., according to a news release from the Tennessee Department of Transportation.
The work is weather dependent and drivers are advised to use the Olgiati or Veterans bridges as alternative routes.
