Chattanooga Police are asking for the public's help to identify a suspect in connection with the fatal shooting of 25-year-old D'Marquis Bell on the 1100 block of Arlington Avenue on the night of Oct. 24, 2021.

Investigators are trying to identify a man seen in surveillance video wearing a multi-colored and black hoodie. Anyone with information is asked to contact the Chattanooga Police Department Homicide Tipline at 423-643-5100.
