"Brittnie Holloway was accompanied by her 4-year-old daughter," the affidavit said. "Holloway was awake and alert when arriving on the scene."

Police searched Holloway's vehicle after seeing a "glass metal bong smoking pipe" in the back of the driver's seat, according to the affidavit.

Officers found five glass pipes, one grinder, two unopened packets of Narcan - which delivers Naloxone, the drug used to resuscitate an opioid overdose - and tinfoil, according to the affidavit.

Holloway was charged with child neglect and one count of possession of drug paraphernalia, and was taken to Silverdale Detention Center, where she is being held on a $5,000 bond. Holloway is expected to appear before Hamilton County General Sessions Judge Christine M. Sell on July 6 on these charges as well as an additional 2021 charge on driving on a revoked license.

Holloway's daughter was picked up by a relative, the affidavit said.
