The Chattanooga-Hamilton County Health Department inspects restaurants twice a year and grades the businesses on a 100-point scale. Scores below 70 require corrective action. Restaurants are reinspected if they fail to meet critical standards.

To file a health-related complaint, call the Department of Environmental Health at 423-209-8110. The scores are original and do not reflect on-the-spot changes, which sometimes lead to upward adjustments.

Not sufficient to wash hands effectively. Numerous food and non-food contact surfaces dirty throughout facility. Multiple prepped/cooked foods not date marked in walk-in cooler, and reach-in coolers. Insect activity observed in facility during routine health inspection. Multiple foods stored uncovered in multiple coolers throughout facility. Bucket of dirty wiping cloths stored outside establishment attracting flies. Dish pit and area around dish pit dirty. Bottom of multiple reach in coolers dirty. Trash accumulating around dumpster area.
