Cindy Fain is best schoice for school board

I'm biased, give this mom a chance ...

That's right, I'm not objective about this one. I think Cindy Fain is the best choice for school board District 6.

I think a mother with a young daughter currently in the public school system has an excellent daily perspective of what is and is not working in local schools. I think a hard-working shop owner sets an excellent example of what someone can do with a first-rate public education. I think she will prioritize all children's ability to achieve at or above grade. I think her motivation is strictly to see Hamilton County do the best it possibly can for all students and on behalf of all parents, full stop.

I think this, I know this, because I have had the honor to build the last decade with her. This is absolutely who she is, and a mom this amazing will be the best addition imaginable to the school board. Early voting is underway.

Robinson boosted for school board

I am supporting Faye Robinson in her candidacy for the Hamilton County school board. I have worked with her for several years in our Ooltewah precinct, with the Hamilton County GOP and the Chattanooga Republican women. I think she would be a natural as a school board member. She is dedicated, level-headed and works well with a wide variety of people. She takes the time to do her homework and fully understands the issues she is working on.

One of the things I have always admired about Faye is the enormous energy she brings to school issues. Schools are a topic she is truly passionate about.

In her campaign, Faye has been working hard to gather input from parents, teachers and other citizens about what they think is working and what is broken in our schools. She will be very open to input from a wide variety of sources if she is elected. For all of these reasons, I hope you will join me in giving Faye one of your votes for school board representation either during early voting or Election Day, May 3.
