NASHVILLE - The Tennessee House voted 70-2 this afternoon to expel Rep. Jeremy Durham, R-Franklin.

The vote came after more than an hour of sometimes angry debate - at one point featuring back-and-forth questioning of Durham himself - in the wake of a state Attorney General's investigation earlier this year where 22 female witnesses charged the 32-year-old House member had engaged in sexual harassment of Capitol staffers, interns and lobbyists.

Durham left the state Capitol building prior to the vote.
