Five NAIA first-team All-Americans comprise the newest class of inductees for the Lee University Athletic Hall of Fame. They will be inducted on Nov. 3 in the school's Centenary Room, beginning at 5 p.m. The group includes sisters Jenna Achten Sullivan (2006-09) and Jamie Achten Lambert (2008-11) and fellow soccer player Stanley Nyazamba (2005-07) in addition to softball star Johana Gomez (2009-10) and runner Anna Hrushka (2006-10). Gomez was the NAIA pitcher of the year in 2010, when her Lady Flames went 57-5 and she hit a school-record .516. Lambert was a four-time first-team All-American and part of four NAIA national champions, and she was a two-time national player of the year and the 2011 Tennessee amateur sportswoman of the year. She had 83 career goals and her 91 assists are an NAIA record. Her sister was captain of the 2009 national champs and totaled 45 career goals. Nyazamba set the Lee men's single-season and career assist records with 21 and 60, also scoring 28 goals, and he was a first-round Major Indoor Soccer League draft pick. Hrushka, who qualified for the NAIA cross country national meet, was an All-American in track for the indoor mile in 2010 and 2011 and holds the Lee women's record for the 1500.
