Alabama is expected to be without top running backs Najee Harris and Brian Robinson for the start of Saturday afternoon's season opener against Duke in Atlanta's Mercedes-Benz Stadium.

AL.com, citing a source close to the Crimson Tide team, reported Tuesday night that Harris and Robinson missed a team function and could miss the first half. Freshman Keilan Robinson, according to AL.com, could get the start.

Tide coach Nick Saban is expected to be asked about the running back situation during Wednesday's Southeastern Conference teleconference.
