MOCS REPORT

UTC had a solid performance while winning its SoCon opener against East Tennessee State University this past Saturday. Williams continued her strong play with her third double-double of the season and likely will play more today against the active Terriers. Bouldin handled point guard duties nearly flawlessly after Molly Melton left with injury early and sealed the game with six late free throws. She leads the SoCon from the line at 86.5 percent.

TERRIERS REPORT

Wofford is scoring at a high pace, including recent 93- and 91-point games in wins over UNC Greensboro and Western Carolina, and has broken 100 four times. Wanick is the SoCon's leading scorer and reigning player of the week after scoring 34 and a program-record 40 points in those games. She shot 26-for-37 in the two games, including 8-for-14 from 3-point range. Four of the five Terriers starters average four or more rebounds per game, while Green is the leading playmaker with 94 assists this season. Carman has been a spark off the bench and has a team-best 46 3-pointers.

KEY MATCHUP

The Terriers lead the SoCon with 38.9 rebounds per game, while the Mocs average 33.8. McDavid has a team-best 5.1 per game, so keeping her and her mates off the offensive glass is crucial. Expect to see Wanick garner a lot of defensive attention.
