What's a day in May without a Tennessee football commitment?

The Volunteers picked up their 24th nonbinding pledge for the 2021 recruiting cycle Friday, when 6-foot-7, 260-pound Trinity Bell of Albertville High School in Alabama made his announcement. Bell is listed as an athlete prospect by 247Sports.com and as a strongside defensive end by Rivals.com.

"It feels great to finally be committed to Tennessee," Bell told Rivals.com. "The coaching staff is really good. We have great momentum right now, and it's 'T-time.' Go Vols."

Bell is a three-star recruit who is rated as the No. 37 athlete and the No. 510 prospect overall by 247Sports. He amassed 26 receptions for 415 yards and six touchdowns as a junior and selected the Vols over Auburn, Florida and Kentucky.

Tennessee leads the nation in overall commitments and out-of-state commitments (22) for the 2021 cycle, with its class continuing to rank second in the country behind Ohio State.
