The University of Tennessee landed its second top-100 men's basketball prospect in the 2021 signing class Tuesday, receiving a nonbinding pledge from small forward Jahmai Mashack of Etiwanda High School in Rancho Cucamonga, California.

Mashack, the No. 16 small forward and No. 92 overall recruit in the 247Sports.com composite rankings, made his announcement through a Twitter video.

"I chose a program that aligns with my faith and my willingness to work and where the culture will allow me to meet my full potential," Mashack said. "That place is the University of Tennessee."

Mashack (6-foot-5, 190 pounds) picked the Volunteers over other scholarship offers from Arizona, Arkansas, California, Louisville, Oklahoma and Texas.

The first top-100 prospect to commit to Tennessee in the 2021 cycle was Kennedy Chandler, a 6-1, 165-pounder from Memphis who is the nation's No. 2 point guard and No. 13 prospect overall.
