BLUE WAHOOS 4, LOOKOUTS 1

» Friday's road recap: Pensacola's Bailey Ober was masterful for seven innings and Jonathan Cheshire grinned through the final two as the pair of pitchers held Chattanooga to four hits and dealt the Lookouts their third straight loss and fourth in five games. The Lookouts cut Pensacola's lead in half in the top of the fourth inning when Jonathan India went deep to left-center field for his second home run of the season, but Mark Contreras had a sacrifice fly in the seventh and Willians Astudillo homered in the eighth for the Blue Wahoos. Chattanooga's hits were split between Ober, who struck out eight batters and walked just one, and Cheshire, who earned his fourth save of the season. The Lookouts are now 54-68 overall and 18-35 in the second half of the Southern League season.

» Next up: The finale of the five-game series in Pensacola, Florida, is set for Saturday night at 7:05 EDT.

» Pitchers: Wendolyn Bautista (1-2, 5.26) is scheduled to start for the Lookouts, with the Blue Wahoos making a game-day announcement.
