Brett Jones and Markus Nagelstad scored in the Chattanooga Football Club's 2-0 victory over Chicago House AC on Wednesday night at Finley Stadium.
The win was the second in three matches for Chattanooga FC (5-8-2), which moved into the seventh spot of the National Independent Soccer Association's 10-team table with 17 points. Chicago is also 5-8-2 in NISA's fall schedule.
CFC's next match is at league-leading Detroit City FC (12-1-2) at 4 p.m. Saturday at Keyworth Stadium in Hamtramck, Michigan. CFC has one home match remaining, at 7:30 p.m. on Nov. 13 against the Michigan Stars FC, before closing the season Nov. 20 against Stumptown AC in Matthews, North Carolina.
