.Jesse Raymond Ridley Sr., of Chattanooga, passed away Tuesday, July 3, 2012 after a short and sudden battle with respiratory failure. He was preceded in death by his daughter, Tabitha Hall; parents, John and Mattie Ridley; brothers, Matthew, Lawrence, and John Jr.Jesse will be dearly missed by his wife, Jacqueline Ridley; daughter, Erica Hall; sons, Carlos and Jesse Jr.; sister, Rickey Faye Pierre; brother, Alexander Ridley, and a host of other brothers, sisters, nieces, nephews, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, other relatives and friends.Funeral services will be held at Noon Tuesday, July 10, in the funeral home chapel. Interment, Chattanooga National Cemetery. The body will lie in state after Noon today at John P. Franklin Funeral Home, 1101 Dodds Avenue, 622-9995.
