Betty Patillo

Betty Louise Patillo, 77, of Chattanooga, passed away Monday, Dec. 22, 2014, at her residence. She retired from Seaboard Farms and was a member of Peace and Goodwill Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her mother, Gertrude Allen; husband, Ernest Patillo Sr.; sisters, Norma Lee and Martha Snow; daughter, Shirley Patillo. Survivors include her sons, Ervin Patillo, Aaron Patillo, and Ernest Patillo Jr., all of Chattanooga; daughters, Jacqueline (Darren) Ruiz of New Orleans, La., Sandra Patillo, Carmille Patillo and Angie Patillo, all of Chattanooga; 25 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; brother, Edward Allen of Charlotte, N.C.; sisters, Elizabeth (Pete) Labron of Chattanooga; several nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends. Visitation is today, Dec. 27, from 6-7 p.m. at Taylor Funeral Home. Funeral service will be Sunday at 1 p.m. in the chapel with Pastor Delford Hughley as the eulogist. Burial: Greenwood Cemetery.
