Rick Posey

Richard "Rick" Posey, 58, passed away on Friday, March 14, 2014. Rick grew up in Hixson and served in the Army after high school. He was a lover of the outdoors and animals. Rick was preceded in death by his parents, Edwin and Cecil Posey; life-partner, Theresa McGlamery; sister, Sheila Woody; and a brother, Mike Posey. Survivors include sister, Sherry (Kevin) Gann; brother, Alan (Kathy) Posey; several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews. A memorial service will be conducted 2 p.m. Saturday, March 22, 2014, at First Calvary Baptist, 300 Bell Ave. Arrangements are by Hamilton Funeral Home & Cremation Services; 4506 Hixson Pike, Hixson. 423-531-3975.
