Obbie Dial Jr., 76, of Chattanooga, passed away Saturday, June 10, 2017, in the Hospice Care Center. Funeral service will be Friday at 1 p.m. in the chapel with Rev. Truman Savage as the eulogist. Burial in Chattanooga National Cemetery.
