Winona Webb

Winona Ruth Clifford Webb, 102, a long-time resident of Chattanooga, Tenn., passed away Oct. 16, 2018. She resided with her daughter in San Antonio, Texas since 2005. She was preceded in death by her husband, Chesley W. Webb; daughter, Gwendolyn V. Irwin; parents, Ida and Angus Clifford; sisters, Lorena Clifford, Doris Mullis; brother, Edwin Clifford. She is survived by her daughter, Theresa Howard (Maxie); grandchildren, Roxanne Constable (Steve), Richard Howard (Teresa), Randal Howard (Hana), San Antonio, Texas; Janice Bowden (Mike), Sandra Wyatt (Ben), Chattanooga, Tenn., and Steve Irwin (Gwen), Panama City, Fla.; several great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and cousins. Funeral Services will be at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday, in the Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Eric Johnson officiating. The family will receive friends from 12:00 until service time at the funeral home Internment will follow in National Cemetery.
