Edith Lindsey

Edith “Opal” Lindsey, 98, of Chattanooga, went to be with the Lord on Friday, Aug. 16, 2019. Ms. Opal was a member at Cross Path Church. Opal was preceded in death by her husband, Garvin W. Lindsey. She is survived by her three children, Shirley (Donny) Willingham, Sheila (Eddie) Werndli, and Steve (Audrey) Lindsey; four grandchildren, and 11 great-grandchildren. Also surviving is her sister, Edna Wheeler. A graveside service will be held on Monday, Aug. 19, 2019, at 11 a.m. at Lakewood Memory Gardens South.
