CORINTH, Miss. — Billy Ashcraft died at the age of 73 on Feb. 24, 2019, in Corinth, Miss. Funeral Services will be at Gaines Chapel United Methodist Church in Corinth, MS on Thursday, Feb. 28, 2019, at 1 p.m. Visitation will be Wednesday, Feb. 27, 2019, 5 to 8 p.m., and noon to 1 p.m. on Thursday, Feb. 28, 2019, at Gaines Chapel United Methodist Church. Mr. Ashcraft retired with 43 years of service with TVA. He is survived by his wife of 54 years, Nita Sue; son, Matt (Diane) Ashcraft, of Corinth, and daughter, Kimberly (Mike) McCarthy, of Memphis, Tenn. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Gaines Chapel United Methodist Church, “Family Life Center Building Fund”, 1803 Highway 72 West, Corinth, MS 38834.
