Clydine Baker

ROSSVILLE — Clydine Craze Baker, 89, went to be with the Lord on Sunday, Jan. 6, 2019. She was a member of Newnan Springs United Methodist Church and United Methodist Women. Clydine was also a member of the Red Hat Society in Rossville, Ga. Clydine also volunteered at Hutchinson Medical Center. She was a dedicated wife, mother and grandmother and had a passion for gardening. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ted Baker; parents, Dewey and Elsie Smith Craze; brother, John Craze; sister, Catherine Stutz and her daughter-in-law, Darlene Faye Baker. Survivors include her son, Mark Baker, of Topeka, Kan.; three grandchildren, Christian Baker, Chandler Baker and Carson Baker, all of Topeka, Kan., and her sister, Maxine Wright, of Mentone Ala. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday at the East Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home, 404 S. Moore Road with the Rev. Darryl Hessel officiating. Burial will be in Lakewood Memory Gardens, South. The family will receive friends from 4 to 8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
