Nell Frances Clay, 85, of Chattanooga, passed away Saturday, Jan. 12, 2019, in a local hospital. Visitation is today from 11 a.m. to noon at Taylor Funeral Home. Funeral service will follow at 12 noon in the chapel with Pastor Floyd Whiteside as the eulogist. Burial: Chattanooga National Cemetery.
