Chester Thomas Sims, 69, of Chattanooga, passed away Friday, July 5, 2019, at his residence. Funeral: today at 1 p.m. at Rose of Sharon Baptist Church with Pastor Charles Moore as the eulogist. Burial in Chattanooga National Cemetery. Arrangements are by Taylor Funeral Home of Chattanooga Inc.
