James “Skeet” Leroy Crosby, Sr., 84, of Chattanooga, passed away Sunday, June 16, 2019, in a local health care facility. Funeral service is today at 12 noon in the chapel of Taylor Funeral Home with Pastor Jeffery Carter officiating and Pastor Marshall Robinson as the eulogist. Burial in Chattanooga National Cemetery.
