Omega Peterson

Omega Peterson, 90, of Chattanooga, passed away September 16, 2019 in a local health care facility. She was a member of Calvary Baptist Church and also sang in the Sweet Adeline’s. Mrs. Peterson was retired from J. C. Penney. She was in the Red Hat Society, a volunteer at Erlanger and was very active and enjoyed life. She was preceded in death by several brothers and sisters. Survivors are daughter, Judi (Jimmy) Scott; son, William A. (Sue) Peterson Jr.; grandchild, Robin Burns, great-granddaughter, Catlyn Cyree; and sister, Helen Hidgon. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Life Care Center of Hixson. Arrangements are by Lane Funeral Home, South Crest Chapel, located at the end of historic Missionary Ridge, Rossville.
